Description
Acrylic painting of snow dancing on branches of a tree at night.
This was a painting done based on my cousin's photograph of a customary snowstorm in Jackson, Ohio that occurred early in the winter season. I like the way tree branches always look like they are telling a story anyway. This reminded me of some sort of snow dance at night. Everyone can always use a snow day after a snow dance like this one. I also loved the heart shaped snow in the corner of the photograph. What is winter without snow? Just cold.

Christy, I really like this one. If you've looked at my work, you know I love trees and branches.... I don't know why. This one is great. it has great composition and movement. I can actually see the snow fall at an angle in certain areas like wind. The branches are natural and organically complex. I also really love your close in cropped faces. Those are cool. I'll do some comment there too. Have a great day. FV
